This trade will solve all Lakers problems, they will add and elite wing in Jerami Grant (yes with a bad contract) who can defend and scorer at 3 levels, also add the needed backup big in Valanciunas, who can also help to play big lineups with AD at the 4 and LeBron at 1. Also add shooting and decent defense in Kispert and a backup PG in Banton and the signing of Fultz. Imagine a lineup like LeBron / Reaves / Jerami / AD / Valanciunas or lineups like the ones i posted at the beginning. Also in this trade the Lakers are keeping Rui and Reaves, very important players for the rotation, Rui can be and elite bench player.

This will put the Lakers in the contenders conversation.
