Step no 1: Rip away protections from picks. This is the obvious number one move as the jazz and wizards are trying to get top 3 spots so they can’t fall down to outside the top 8. We should also rip away that moves and that comes in the next stop.

Step no 2. Even out all odds in the lottery so teams aren’t jockeying if they’re out of the playoffs and I think you would still push for the playoffs.

Step no 3: get rid of the play in. I would do this because teams wouldn’t be trying to get out of the play in to get out of playing another extra game.

Step 4: the loan system. I think the reason we all hate this tanking is that the players are getting sat here and that is a major problem as the players want to play. I think you should loan them to a team that is actually contending until the end of the year and for the playoffs and maybe get off some of their salary
