Things to keep in mind:

• If I was the GM of every team

• Based on raw talent and projection

• Coaches can demand more of players and they control play-calling, play design, game-plans

• Different positions and abilities have greater value than others (PGs & Centers aren't abundant but SGs are and they're just more valuable positions)

• Teams are in different spots to compete for and win titles in perpetuity

• Teams should try to create a dynasty (8 year title contention) since there's enough good players to do so now and they should also think about a single present day draft and future drafts, at the same time
