OG wants out. It appears the breakup is coming between Anunoby and the Raptors with both the Knicks and Pacers seeing opportunity.

For the Knicks, they land the big prize of this in OG, adding him to their lineup for the cost of the two first rounders. One, their own, another is the likely to be transferred Dallas pick. Another two potential picks don’t look like they’re coming NY’s way with protections.

For Toronto, the asking price is three first rounders. Check. On top of that, they get a Center who can’t find minutes in Bitadze, because they lack that position on their roster. They’d also take on Rose for the year with the option to release him in the offseason and no further salaries for either guaranteed.

For the Pacers, they land a buy low with potential at the Power Forward position in Obi Toppin. He needs a fresh start and Indy is a perfect fit for him. This comes at just the price of the likely 30th pick and they can export Bitadze to a Center-needy team. Seems like a good use of draft capital because trading up is easier said than done in the draft. They’ll still be able to with the three picks remaining (including #31 from HOU).

Feels like a win for each team.
