Why would the Timberwolves do this? Basically to shed salary while remaining competitive and a defensive minded team

Why would the Raptor's do this? I believe we need a defensive wing so we can move Barret to the guard

Btw if I could trade for a wing it would be Herbert Jones but I think this trade is more possible
