The acquisitions :

Capella and harden have history. They work effectively together and Clint is a really good player. On this team he’d probably be a bench player, or start initially and help toughen up Senguns defence long-term. The Hawks may accept this for cap flexibility, draft compensation and the ability to finally start OO.

Jonathon Isaac is in need of a career rejuvenation, and Houston is in need of Defensive Players. Simple there. The magic trade pick #11 and JI for KPJ, who would be a luxury the rockets don’t need with Hardens return.

The picks: in this one Houston keep pick #4 and draft Amen Thompson. Thompson comes off the bench for his rookie season, under the tutelage of Harden, or he starts at SF, with the intent to become the PG as harden regresses later down the line.

At #11 Houston Takes the best available F/C. I’m not certain who would still be available and I’m not bothered to speculate.
