Why for Knicks: -They expressed some preliminary interest in James Harden. And we know that Brunson has experience with Luka Doncic. I think a big-3 of Randle, Harden and Brunson is interesting to try for a year and they don't give up too much of their capital. A lot of this is how you feel about RJ Barrett.
Why for Pistons: -They get the draft capital that they want.
Why for my 76ers: -This leads to the RJ Barrett stuff. Year 4 in, I think it's clear Barrett isn't really going to age into this contract well. I think maybe an all-star game or two is in his future but I see him as a solid wing starter, not a star and certainly not a superstar.
But it's a position of need, and the 76ers finally graduate to a solid starter.
And then there's Bojan, who I've wanted for years now as someone whose a sharp shooter, who can spread the floor. The only one we've got who can do that is Tyrese Maxey. Bojan here gives us another starter with floor spreading abilities.
