Free agent targets: alright is they got business done bringing back Gleyber Torres. I know he’s not a free agent but just give Skubal a fucking 10 years 500 million dollar contracts. Then we need who focus on the end of the starting pitching rotation and the bulllpen. Pitching is the no 1 and only priority for this team right now unless a big opportunity for a 3rd baseman presents itself. The free agent third baseman I’m looking at right now is Alex Bregman. Very unlikely though if we sing Skubal. Then next we can go after a guy like Eugenio Suarez who would actually fit nicely with this team. Maybe one of the Japanese sluggers at third base would fit well here. The starting pitching targets in the highest on we should bring back are max scherzer and Justin verlander. The rest we could get are guys like Michael king merril kelly and maybe Dylan cease. Cheaper is Zach eflin Tyler Anderson Chris bassit and miles mikolas. They could also take a flyer on Marcus stroman. Some relief pitchers I think they could go after in the back end is Ryan helsley would be huge and then we should bring back Kyle finnegan to be more of a setup. They could also take a big swing with Edwin Diaz or Robert Suarez. Andrew kittredge and Seranthony Dominguez are other relievers I think they should go after and get in free agency.

Trade candidates: the trades we can go after would be the same positions so in the backend in the bullpen the guys that they should go after their is jojo Romero or Dennis Santana. Maybe yennier cano or Felix Bautista. More just relief depth could be victor vodnik. The starting pitching area I really think that a guy like Freddy peralta would go well with Skubal or maybe take a big swing with Joe Ryan who would pair perfectly with them. Sandy alacantara or Jorge Lopez would fit well. Senga is a cheap option now after getting sent down but could bounce back with the tigers. Kyle freeeland might be better in a winning environment. At 3rd base I think adding a guy like Nolan arenado could be cheap if you eat the contract but you could also go for more of a young guy like Alec bohm. Maybe mark vientos would be perfect if the Mets would be to move on from him or Jordan westburg if the orioles move on from him. Maybe Royce Lewis would be a good big swing
