Rationale:

T-Wolves move off Towns to get a reset with young talent and a bunch of picks.

TOR gets a stretch big in Bertans, and flip the Lowry trade into more picks.

WAS gets a star, but not a superstar and with all of the expirings in the next 2-3 yrs. with the Salary Cap and years shrinking once the CBA expires in 2023, we can build a contender around Beal, Towns, and Hachimura.
