(The Malik Beasley contract that I gave him is just an example, idk salary rules to enough to care if it's legal or not.)
Pacers: they are prolly Beasley most likely destination, and getting a center is needed, so they get Richards and picks that they courd use to trade for a better big man next season (I don't think they can sign a stsrting center next offseason as Mathurin will get a pay day), for Jarace Walker which is a loss, but I think teams that want to trade their starting center will rather get the picks tbh.
Suns: same reason they got Mark Williams and Jalen Green, they can't develop players through the draft so they trade for players to develop.

Reasoning:
Pacers - After losing myles turner the Pacers are now very thin at the center position! This trade would bring in a young and athletic center who is also a fantastic defender! Claxtons contract may look bad but it actually goes down over the next couple years so it would look very good in the future.
Nets - Getting obi toppin could be a nice player to try flip to a contender for some picks. Jarace walker is a promising young player that could be developed nicley on the nets. The 2026 Pacers pick could turn into a lottery pick since Haliburton is out with injury….

Although he is not same level as Turner , but at least he can shoot three and can eat up minutes in center in regular season instead putting siakam or toppin at center make them exhausted…

Suns get a better fit in the backcourt for Booker, get a young 4 they can give minutes to.
Pacers get a SG who can benefit from Haliburton's playmaking, sell high on Nembhard and Walker (doesn't crack playoff rotation) and gets a young starting level center to fill their void.
Mavs buy and attempt to challenge, get off bad contracts and build a flexible playoff rotation.
Bulls sell and go for a strong 26' draft pick, get two firsts and some young players they can give minutes to….

Clippers solidify guard depth around Harden, CP3, Beal and Nembhard. Pacers improve guard depth and dont lose much capital. Bulls avoid Coby White's contract extension and get future value….

Reasoning:
Lakers - Nesmith fits the lakers needs for winning now and future as he’s 25. He brings good defense and great shooting which is perfect for the Luka system.
76ers - The 76ers don’t have a proper power forward and Walker could be their main PF for now and going forward. ( Not too sure what his value is)
Pacers - Getting rid of nesmith doesn’t make much sense, however this package improves their depth and the fits are good. Rui can be the starting SF or come of the bench and provide 12-14 points on high efficiency, he would fit the system well. Dalton also would fit nice and since hali is out and pacers don’t really have a chance at competing. getting dalton and letting him develop for a year could pay of well and he could be a good piece for the pacers future.
Plus decent draft…
