Palo Banchero, standing 6’10 and shooting 48% from the field is a guy that is ready for the next level right now. When you look at his game it’s polished , poised and he has the ability to score at will. He is a stud in the half court . Palo is light on his toes, deceptively quick, and a game changer . He reminds me alot of Carmelo in college, not as a shooter but in his fluidity as an offensive threat to get a basket. I think he’s hands down the best player coming out of college. The challenge for him will be will be these questions. Is he a guy that will accept a role coming into the league? Will he potentially rise to be a star that I think he can be? Banchero was the focal point leading a Duke team that went 32-7 and competing as one of the top 4 teams in the country. All in all , I think the Magic should undoubtedly, make Banchero the number one pick.
