I totally agree now looking at it, and it actually makes more sense for Milwaukee to have jaquez to stay competitive than jakucionis, where the guard room is much tighter in Milwaukee. Plus in your proposal, the Blazers save even more cap. I like your adjustment, thanks for the comment guys!

I didn't want to expand the deal to keep it simple but Boston flips the Portland assets for Giannis or another swing.
Yeah maybe the Pels say no but this is a pretty solid return. They need a center and Carter is good. Black is a good young piece, Isaac is mostly non-guaranteed plus the picks. I suppose Portland could sprinkle on a little more if they must.

I agree, but I just think the new owner will be reluctant to extend him this off season and next

Yeah you're true on that. I didn't know it was that much deep for the Yang Hansen's situation

I can not do that in Fanspo but Green can be trade for example at Detroit against Levert, Stewart, and a 2 2round pick. Thanks to that Portland are deeper and can have a rotation with 8-9 players for sure. Detroit will have a 2nd scorer who can shoot next to Cade. Can be a cheaper choice than Booker, Reaves, Herro, or whatever.

This trade does not make the Blazers contenders, one step closer but not contenders, but trading Scoot and Sharpe cancels out the rebuild. And if the Blazers don’t win the championship with Dame, Jrue, and Brown in the next three to four years. The Blazers would be starting their rebuild all over again.

Outside of a Giannis trade, Jaden is untouchable for Minnesota. They're trying to build around Ant, McDaniels, Naz, Ayo, & Beringer.

IMO you’re a confused on what the Blazers need and what they will do. And I think we just have different opinions on how the Blazers should build their roster to compete for championships.

if we were a play in team it would be 10.81% 7-8 seed loser to 13.51% 9-10 seed at the #1 pick and roughly that for the subsequent picks… giving us a 43ish% chance of a top 3 in years we are 9-10 seed and they are mid lotto… 25ish % if they are mid lotto and we are a playoff team…. also when these picks mature they will be worth more… like now if we had a top 3 top 5 top 10 pick in this year it would have substantial leverage… where often sitting on an asset is the best way forward
would i move the picks? yes… but i would want a haul for them
