START OF TIER 17
Carlik is a polished pick and roll ball handler, as he should be after playing 4 years in college. His passing is sound, without any gamebreaking flaws. His scoring is sound, and his shooting is sound but inconsistent. My problem with Carlik is that I don’t know if he brings any real NBA skills, which is a death sentence for small guards. I think he should be able to run a 3rd string offense, and if he is tutored by a great point, maybe be the first guard off the bench
