Wieskamp is likely returning to Iowa next season, but I think he can be drafted this year. The swingman is a terrific shooter and can score off their dribble. Though he''s not a shot creator, he can defend, though he did struggle at times during his sophomore year. Wieskamp helped his stock considerably at the NBA combine, as he measured with a 6-11 wingspan,, showing his length to guard forwards and also draining plenty of threes in scrimmages.

6''6 with 6''11 wingspan. Shot load time needs to be sped up, but the stroke and shooting base looks balanced for C&S. Cuts for easy buckets, relocates to get open from the perimeter off ball. Works well within the Iowa system, but what does that mean for the next level? Rebounds up to 9 per 40 this year. Not an above the rim player and will likely have limited success attacking off the dribble against NBA defenders. Where does he play defensively?

He can flat out shoot and score and is underrated at creating his own shot. He also outplayed Kispert, albeit in the loss to the almighty #1 Gonzaga. He is one of the older prospects in this draft class.
