For the Clippers, adding Williams would be a good move, especially if he returns to his usual self. Their team is currently 5th in DFRTG; adding him would make it much better.

For the Blazers, Tucker would serve as an expiring contract (or Portland can just cut him lol). Also, the picks can be useful in trades or the draft.
