Why will OKC do this?

well, OKC is very interested in Shaedon Sharpe who will probably be gone by the time they pick in the draft. by trading up, OKC will be in a good position to add him to their up-and-coming core in SGA, Chet?. OKC also saves cap space by trading Derrick Favors's salary. The loss of Lu Dort will be painful though, their defense will probably be a little bit worse but adding more talent to the team seems to be the goal right now.

Why will the Raptors do this?

Canadian Lu Dort will be a good addition to this already good defensive team. He and GTJ will pest the perimeter and will be plug & play guys alongside Pascal, Scottie, and Fred. they will also get a center! already 30 yrs old, Favors is a good rotational piece that they are in dire need of. the 12th pick will also be in play as the raptors can get guys like Duren, Sochan, and maybe even Daniels if he slides that far. IF Daniels falls that far, the Raptors win this trade.

Why will the Blazers do this

adding OG Anunoby with Damian Lillard would be lethal. the Blazers need high-level wings who could defend multiple positions and OG fits that perfectly. at 24 years old OG is a versatile defender with potential as a shot creator. In Portland, OG would have more freedom to create for himself and be a third option on a playoff-contending team.
