Why everyone does this: Portland: Obviously Dame will get traded no matter what but this is the best package for Lillard in a trade sending him to where he wants in Miami. They get 4 good picks, Nikola Jovic, waive Lowry's contract, take Simmons to be the new starting center and they now look to rebuild around Scoot and Sharpe and imo this is Starting Lineup: Scoot-Sharpe-Grant-Jovic-Simmons

Miami: They finally get Lillard and form a promising big 3 between Dame/Butler/Bam. They make the trade with the thunder to get back their 2025 frp to give them the ability to trade 24'26'28'30' frp's as they now still have 25'27'29' to avoid the Stephien rule. They also get rid of Robinsons contract. Starting Lineup: Dame-Martin-Butler-Love-Bam

Nets: They move on from Simmons as they reportedly wanted to, and they get Tyler Herro to build with Bridges. They give up a Frp for Herro and another frp for getting off of Simmons contract. Bridges and Herro are both similar timelines so they have a good foundation that can be a good team now and can build around. Starting Lineup: Herro-Dinwiddie-Bridges-Johnson-Claxton

Thunder: They get off Bertans contract by giving up a Frp while also getting Jusuf Nurkic who can play along side Holmgren if Chet isnt ready to play the center position as i believe the 2 can fit well.
