Everybody gets something they want here. Pick compensation might vary but I feel like this could work.

Raptors

Obtain another first round draft pick and get a boost to their backcourt with a liberated Anfernee Simons. Simons provides a strong scoring punch at a young age and slots right into the Raptors' backcourt, accelerating their rebuild significantly. The Raptors are a great developmental team and could turn Simons into a legitimate star someday soon. The additional pick from the Nets is also a nice bonus.

Blazers

Acquire a legitimate two-way star and merely trade down a pick so they can use the other first (via the Knicks) as a trade tool. Mikal fits perfectly at a position of desperate need and is the right age to provide an immediate impact to the Blazers. He would make for an excellent star SF and turn the Blazers into a more compelling team overnight.

Nets

Collect the number 3 overall pick and an immensely valuable contract at a coveted position in Anunoby, who happens to be a year younger than Bridges. They need a little filler from the Raptors to make financial ends meet, but they can draft a star off the block and provide a great supporting cast for them right away. If this pick ends up being Scoot Henderson, they would have a very robust starbound PG to complement a roster with a upcoming young frontcourt in Claxton, Anunoby, and Johnson, complemented by strong shooting with Curry, Harris, and Thomas.
