Blazers
Dame Sexton Powell/Covington Draymond Nurkic
First off, a former DPOY in Draymond would help Portland so much since they have struggled to have a decent defense for years. Although it doesn’t seem like it, Draymonds leadership was a big reason for all of GSWs multiple rings. I think what he brings to the table is essential for the Blazers. I’ve heard some noise about Sexton being a burden in the locker room. I don’t know if that is true but I think the environment the Blazers have could help him a lot. But back to basketball. I think Sextons style fits better with the Blazers. He is less of a shooter so instead of having Dame, CJ, and Norm throwing up shots, there will be better offense and ball movement that could lead to a lot of success in Portland.
Warriors
Steph CJ Klay Love Wiseman
This is a championship team if Klay comes back and plays like he used to. But that’s not guaranteed so having CJ for insurance would be a no brainer for the Golden State front office. And if it doesn’t work, they can trade CJ to a team like the Pacers who are in need of a star guard to help Brogdon and Levert.
Cavs
Garland Jalen Green(or switch Wiggins to SG depending on who they draft) Wiggins Osman Jarrett Allen
Although Sexton plays a big role in the Cavs offense, it makes sense for them to get a fresh start without him and Kevin Love. Love is getting older but he would be happy to go and play with someone like Steph. Sexton would be love sharing a backcourt with Dame and I think it would work better the CJ and Dame did.
