Spurs gets players who compliments Wembys playing style of getting out and running on the fast break and are good spreading the floor on a fast break type players and making the way for the young core to develop together.

Suns get a bunch of good role players that are able to play off of KD and Booker, them two getting Im guessing 60% of the touches so Phoenix will need good depth and this trade gives Suns plenty of depth and options for potential line ups. Of course its not complete and all these teams have bench spaces to fill.

Mavericks gets more "star" help since they are desperate and need players to help Kyrie and Luka and Paul allows Luka and Kyrie to play off ball. Of course getting Luka to play off ball to much is laughable. This will give Mavericks 4 quality ball handlers and players that can create their own shot.

Now for the Cavs, this at first is a head scratcher but think of it this way. The Cavs identity and style is playing big and have the most success playing that way. The lack of wing availability is going to hurt the Cavs so they need to pivot and play their style and the lack of trade assets doesnt allow the Cavs to improve any other way. They wanted to keep the "core four". Check, they wanted to get better and off the bench. That is still the question but Christian Wood is easily a player that can contribute 18ppg and 9rebs off the bench and he's a good scoring option that can contribute nightly and give any one of the potential starting (Forwards/bigs) Mobley Allen and Ayton a break or maybe JB plays strategy and just start those three and then sub real quick and have a big two man rotation for the whole game and just wear down the opposing teams defense with size. Wainright and Green can hold the sf role down if that wont be a huge priority since Garland and Mitchell and the bigs can control the whole game. Possibilities are a good problem to have. Cavs need to act quick if they want to improve because the new CBA makes it a lot harder once Mobley signs his extension
