I know, I know, this seems like a crazy idea but hear me out.

The Knicks are in need of a player that has top 10 potential, Brunson is just not a number 1 option on a championship team, Zion still COULD be. It's definitely a risky trade for the Knicks. Is Zion worth 3 FRP at this point? I don't know ...

The Pelicans on the other hand take the more safe route and exchange Zion for Lauri. He just seems like the better fit alongside Ingram and CJ. Also, Clarkson gives them some more scoring.

The Jazz get everyone's garbage in this trade and pile up some more draft picks.

And the Hornets, they just get a little better with Randle.
