I know the Lakers won't ever trade LBJ or Davis but the future of the team is bleak and the cupboard is bare and this trade is a fun idea.

The Warriors have a war chest of assets and a closing championship window with Steph, Klay, and Dray. This trade nets them AD and the promising Porter who is good when healthy for Wiggins who has one year left on his deal. They trade their young guys in for a proven star. This guarantees them at least a finals appearance IMO if everyone is healthy and maybe even a championship or two to close this chapter. They can then build around Poole, Porter and the end of Davis' prime as the big 3 enter the twilight.

The Lakers prevent the Twilight/Post Kobe years from repeating by off-loading their two stars. They bring back 3 promising young players from the Warriors, the 14th pick, Sexton, and bring Love back to LA to re-unite with UCLA teammate Westbrook for one last ride. They also get another protected pick from the Cavs. The Lakers would have 2 expiring max contracts for the Summer of 2023 as well as promising young players to develop or swing for another star.

The Cavs trade Sexton and commit to Garland plus send Love home to LA after redeeming his value this year. They push for the chips to the middle and trade for LeBron James who pairs his leadership and playoff success for a promising young team. Mobley and Allen can cover him defensively as he ages and Garland can handle the ball handling. The King Returns Home and sets up one last Warriors vs. Cavs Finals.

The Nuggets cash out on Porter's long deal for Wiggins and his expiring. Wiggins has become a proven wing and playoff guy on the Warriors and would provide much better defense than Porter. The main intrigue for the Nuggets would be his 33.6 million expiring deal to try to lure another star alongside Jokic and Murray in the Summer of 2023.

I know this is not happening ever but would love to hear all of your thoughts and opinions. What do we say? I personally love it for all teams involved.
