…. Oh and LeBron Durant curry along with a bunch of veterans minimums. Keeping hield, draymond, trayce Jackson, Moses moody and Brandon Podzimieski.

Lakers get a kings ransom and salary cap room to sign not just one but using this methodology up to 2 max contracts next season.

The suns get room to sign AD to a max contract in the offseason.

Warriors get room to get offer 6 solid veterans minimum contracts.

How does it work? I’m glad you ask. Stretch and waive players over the course of five years, sign veterans minimums with the same players and their contracts become swap-able in sign and trade. The players make more, it counts against a team less, and the swapping becomes easy.

In this particular case the main swap it handles seamlessly is ad to suns, kd to lakers, then kd to warriors, Wiggins to lakers.

The benefit is that I was able to dodge the second apron and the hard cap, so the warriors can re-sign KD again in the offseason.

I can explain it more in depth but I’ve posted the other part of the trade in the link below
