For Toronto: They get picks and lose cap space along with Kyle Anderson, who's contract is expiring. They can use this cap flexibility for a lot of different things like trades.

For Minnesota: Kyle's been a tiny bit underwhelming, so they upgrade to Bruce Brown who can easily do a lot of tasks that Kyle can do. They can go all-in this season if they want to. Key Word: Want
