After the draft, the Grizzlies unlock the 2031 Pick enabling them to add even more draft compensation if needed. Since they are pretty young and Projects to be a top Team for a long time, their picks might not have much value.

Ideally draft Holland or another Two-Way Guard/Wing, acquiring a Two-Way Player on a great contract is crucial for the Grizzlies going forward. This years draft is probably one of the best chances to do so, #9 is high enough to get a impactful Player right now.

Avdija fits the Timeline and Projects to become a great Shooter with size who can also defend well (especially with Claxton and JJJ), his passing has developed nicely over the last years too. His contract is as good as it gets, declining all the way to 11M.

Brogdon thrives as a 6th man running the offense or simply fulfill Banes Shooting role when he gets subbed out. Hes also a good Defender and great Shooter, only concern would be his injury History in combination with his age. But those negatives could also mean his Extension could be structured into a long-term Deal on a lower per year Basis.

Grizzlies interest in Claxton is common knowledge at this Point, so is his fit.
