Obviously, this is IF, at some point, the Bucks are out of contention. They can probably field a better offer for Giannis, but would at least contend giving them 2 great young players in Bufkin and Risacher to build around, salary relief in Capela’s expiring contract (or flipping him to the Lakers or Pelicans), plus the Lakers unprotected pick, their own top 4 protected pick back (via NO swap) in 2027, and 2 additional unprotected 1sts in 29 and 31.

The Hawks will have a rotation of Trae, Dyson Daniels, Jalen Johnson, Giannis, Okongwu, Bogi, Hunter, Nance, and Krejci. I feel that can easily compete in the east.
