So I'd like to preface this by saying that I'm not a fan of either the Kings or the Knicks but I saw rumors recently of the Kings wanting to trade their pick and I think this makes sense for both sides. At #4 the best player available will most likely be Jaden Ivey. Adding another guard doesn't really make sense for the Kings when you consider that their franchise player is Fox, but also picking a different prospect at 4 seems like a waste of such a high pick which is why I can see them trading it for the right price. What the Kings need are quality wings and forwards in order to have a direction with their team. Trading with the Knicks makes the most sense because they can give a guy like Reddish who didn't really play for them that much and still get a lottery pick. Thibedou doesn't seem to want to use Reddish and Sacramento has more opportunity for Reddish to grow. The Kings would love to have Ivey on their team because it gives them a dynamic go-to guard to pair with RJ Barrett. At #11 the Kings could look to select guys like AJ Griffin(if he falls), Jalen Duran, Jeremy Sochan, and Malakhai Brandham all of which can fit the Kings better than Ivey would.
