For the Knicks-this is a no brainer. Adding Oubre in place of Knox is an instant upgrade and moving up in this draft builds on the 2021 success. And there is still plenty of cap space to resign Rose,Robinson, etc... Knicks will be better in 2022.

For the Warriors-this is win now mode. Oubre is as good as gone anyway so get something for him. They should not want to take the time to develop 2 rookies(plus Wiseman) when they need to compete now for the championship with Klay and Steph. This trade nets them two veterans on their last contract year in their prime that can put the Warriors into the 2022 title hunt. An lineup of Steph/Klay/Wiggins/Draymon/Jonas is lethal. They also keep 2 first round picks in 2021 to develop, but with less expense due to their being later picks Getting back the 2024 pick allows them to be more flexible with future trades.

For the Grizzlies-this is a risky move. They get Wiseman who fits the team's timeline better, and Knox still has potential to be an impact player if the Grizzlies want to resign him after 2022. The #7 pick should get them the 3 and D scorer they need to pair with Ja and Jaren to build a winning franchise. This also frees up cap space for them to resign JJJ to a long term extension this season and Ja next season.
