Lakers get the versatile wing they need, legit 3&d guy with championship experience. Situational floor spacing big
Hawks get Trae Young a backup his backup, which has been one of their problems. This addresses needs of Atlanta, rather than this being a win now trade, it frees up minutes at the 2-3 for Huerter & Hunter (once he returns).
Kings get Reddish, can't really say what his ceiling is but so far all we know is he can shoot the 3, has come to his own as a defender. Decision making & shot selection is still progressing. If the kings get Simmons then Reddish would be the perfect floor spacer for him along with Buddy Hield. A first rounder from the Clippers, which is gonna be mid 1st round, & a lakers pick which potentially could be in the lottery since by that time the lakers would suck again.
OKC gets a young player. Tucker could fill in backup minutes behind Dort & SGA, along with occasionally playing a small ball wing. OKC would have less pressure on him giving him more room to develop. Defensively he has the tools, offensively he's very athletic & shown promise of a developing mid range game. I think with the Thunder he fulfils his potential.
It's only labelled failed because THT cant be traded just yet.

Kenrich Williams to the Lakers as an add on
Lakers 2027 pick protection down to Top 5?
Avery Bradley instead of Bazemore, since Bradley is better, the hawks would at least want a defensive guard next to Trae Young.
