Regards to the Magic drafting lottery picks every year… the ones that they hit on will require max contracts… they can only pay so many. However it is noted they do not have any cap issues with the current salaries today. Mavs even willing to contribute the max amount of cash allowed to add to a deal to entice the Magic to accept their trade proposal.
