Mavs can get their 3rd defensive minded ball handler that they much need next to Luk and kyrie when one is on the bench(great fit), they have to give hardy to get Capela and improve their center position, plus they keep thj who is a similar bucket getter player.(and seth) Trade only works if they give kleber, but they still have Omax thi fill that 4 position off the bench.(grant starting) From bulls side they get a young talent hard to get like Hardy, so they can secure themselves if they start rebuilding. Hard to see them winning now mode, but hardy can even make their team better if he makes that next step this season. Plus kleber is a great piece defensively and nice 4-5 off the bench. Hawks move on from capela, as Okongwu is their primary center,so its not that great of a loss, they get 2frp wich they can utilize to get maybe someone like OG or Siakam on another trade. If they dont use richaun as money filler for a trade they can still get someone that can fill the center spot off the bench.
