Orlando won the lottery and will be enjoying their first #1 pick since Dwight Howard in 2004. Right after the lottery Chet was pretty widely considered the guy but recently the consensus is finally starting to come around to Jabari Smith Jr. I have had him as my top guy since before the NCAA tournament and the Magic winning the lottery has only bolstered that opinion. I know the concerns for Smith are his lack of ball handling and self creation abilities right now but you don't just find 6'10 pure shooters with All-Defense potential very often. The Magic are full of ball handlers and ball distributors right now so Smith gets to come in and be a shot hunter off ball. He is versatile on the defensive end and has the potential to be a superstar in this league. I like Smith so much because I think his floor is higher than most and when you pair that with his ceiling he seems like the no brainer to me. Absolute worst case scenario the Magic get MPJ with above average defense: tell me a team in the NBA that wouldn't take that.
