Jazz recieve 2027 1st/ 2nd for taking Bertans contract and giving Mavs Bogdonovic. Bogy could help give the Mavs much needed scoring and switchable lineups, while Bogy is also a good defender and passer. Who's a great catch and shoot guy, who can create a bit as well.

Pacers take on Dwight Powell to not only get off McConnell's contract. But to also limit their overabundance at the guard position. Along with not knowing what could happen with Myles Turner. It's also an incentive for the Pacers, as Dwight Powell is on the last year of his contract. So they can either choose to clear cap next year. Or maybe they want to decide to keep him on a more minimum deal.

Either way this is a great PG as a backup for Dinwiddie. McConnell gives his all on both ends of the floor. Coming up with sneaky steals, can hit from 3, cut to the basket to score. While the best of his abilities is his elite like passing and court vision that gets others open looks. As a long time Pacers fan, I can assure you. You'd be very happy to have TJ McConnell on your roster. He brings a lot of high energy off the bench as well and can also be a great starter in times of need.

I feel this is an obtainable trade on all sides. As Hardaway and Green are both 1st rd picks and Powell and Coffey are 2nd rd picks. Powell had a down year last year. They might rather take on Hardaway on a lesser contract and the hopes that he will be the off ball sniper he always has been. Clippers need that shooting more than anything and Powell is more of a shooting, slashing small combo guard forward. Who doesn't exactly fit nearly as well with the Clippers as he would the Mavs system. While Green is improving every year, his defense is really good and his numbers are increasing. I'd hate to see a young 21 year old 18 overall pick go. But you have to give to recieve and I think a 6'7 Amir Coffey is play very well right now and could help replace Hardaway as a version of him off the bench. Dallas throws in a 1st and 2nd to get the deal done. As Hardaway did just come off injury and Powell could possibly have a great bounce back season avg around 19 points a game. Those numbers are a bit inflated since being on a Portland team previous. However he has proven to be a great off ball shooter and 3-way defensive scorer. That Dallas very much needs at this point.

What are you guy's thoughts? I also believe Whiteside could b a great 3rd string big. Considering they only have one true Center in McGee on their roster. Wood and Kleber being primarily PF's that will play Center at times to stretch the floor. However, when in comes to defending guy's like Embiid. A big body could become valuable, even on limited mins. While he still puts up a good plus minus in minutes played and is a good rebounder. At a cheap minimum price, why not? Because there are no big C's who can defend left to choose from.
