Pels land a backup guard in Sexton and a starting big in Duren. They replace BI on the wing with THJ.

Jazz get younger and go in for a new defensive backup big and get a dynamic guard in Ivey.

Pistons land the defensive Center they need to thrive while adding a solid #2 option in BI. This also opens up Beasley into the starting lineup and brings Ausar off the bench until he’s recovered. This depth adds better defense to the rotation. Detroit still would need to add a veteran backup PG somehow. This rotation would mean a dominant scorer is always in the game (Cade & BI), ensures the paint is always protected (Kessler & Stew), a shooter (Beasley & Fontecchio) can always be in the game with them. Add in Tobias, Ausar, Holland, and Sasser and this team makes the play in.
