Obviously this is pushing things to the furthest extreme possible and certainly the biggest trade I’ve done.

The premise is the spurs having for some reason 36 available draft picks and only 18 available roster spots, one of which wemby has locked down. Sure trades but these picks expire every year. If you don’t want to win now, are you just planning to waste the picks? Obviously not.

Well I digress, I suppose they need 5 veterans minimum contracts after the trade is complete to fill out the roster. By giving up 18 picks look what you get:

A starting 5 to make the bucks and Celtics jealous. Possibly the last super team ever. The return of kawhi. A shot at the championship.
