For Pelicans, they can get C who can shoot 3 & grab rebound, plus a 2nd/3rd attacker replace IG role

For Bulls, as a rebuild team they remove the toxic contract of Lavine & get 2 Frp, IG contract is final yr which is good for handle

For Blazers, they remove R.Williams who is a guy usually injury & get tons of Frp

For Thunder, get a all-round rising star wing which is perfect match of the teams, and hope they sign a backup forward in free agent market such as TBJ

However, I think this trade is less attractive for blazers as they don't really need to sell Williams ASAP
