Portland - This is pretty similar to most the suggested trades of Dame to Miami; Jaquez/Jovic, salary filler, and 4 firsts. However, in this deal Portland gets Orlando's 2024 instead of the Heat's and Tre Mann. Note: I didn't include swaps to Portland because I don't know if that's possible since the Bulls own Portland's 1st's thru 2028 Lottery protected.
Miami - Similar to a lot of other trades for Dame with Miami giving up Herro/Lowry/Jaquez/Jovic, 4 1sts (24/26/28/30), and getting back Dame and 2025 from OKC. Here Miami also gets back one of the best 3pt specialists in Harris and a young JRE. They also get back 4 2nd's so they have a pick in every upcoming draft for cheap roster spot players, for 2 swaps that may not ever convey.
Orlando - For 2 players (Isaac/Harris) Orlando wasn't going to use more than as rotation pieces, a likely bad Denver 2025, and what amounts to a 1st round swap in 2024, Orlando picks up Herro that fills a strong need for their guard spot and 3pt shooting, in a young player to grow with Banchero/Wagner.
OKC - By helping to facilitate this trade with the 2025 Miami pick, OKC replaces that pick with a similar pick, and is able to more easily get down to a 15 player roster with only 1 cut of White who is only owed $600k. This allows them to take on a project in Isaac's that says he's healthy (and is dominant on D if so), who can probably only handle the limited mins OKC has to offer anyways, and keep two large contracts (Bertans $17m and Isaac's $17.4m) for trades that aren't Dort in the worst case (if Isaac can't play it also saves OKC $10m). OKC also swaps 4 2nd's (that they have excess of) for 2 swaps with Miami in 27/29.
