--1st trade POR trades- Brogdon, RWIII, and Walker PHI trades- (salaries/ no value) Morris, Covington, House, 2029 1st unprotected
Why Brogdon = protected 1st If you add RWIII= 2-3 2nds and Walker, That should equal an unprotected 1st + salary
--2nd Trade POR trades- Morris (exp contract) and two 2nds MIA trades- Robinson (BAD salary) and a lotto protected 1st 2029
Why MIA needs draft captital and move off one of the worst contracts in the league. This does both.
--3rd Trade POR trades- Moses and a 2nd in 2024 LAC trades- Tucker, K. Brown, and a 2nd 2030
Why This clears $13m in cap for LAC and saves them something like $30m+ with taxes. POR gets a 1st rd talent, a vet this year but exp contract next year, and transfers their 2nd for later
***Unsure if the new CBA allows the Moses trade, but if not, swap in Covington and remove the 2nd from 2030 going to POR
***Covington, House, and Tucker are all buy-out candidates and would not be here long term. But by having flexible assets for needy teams, this would be the return-
POR trades away- Brog, RWIII, Walker, and Moses
POR receives - Two 1st Rd picks (one unprotected), D. Robinson, and K. Brown 2nd rd picks cancel out
This requires timing, and these returns are flexible, but I would be very happy with a return of this magnitude!
