Portland needs to move the guards so that Sharpe and Scoot can develop. Moving Rob Williams is not a necessity for Portland, however I believe the rockets would want his rim protection, a skill they currently lack at an elite level. Brogdan and Ant have both been rumored to the Rockets and Magic. Portland would love Steven Adams in the locker room and Isaacs elite defense to put around their young core.
