Timberwolves - say yes for a decent return for KAT. 4 firsts, 2 young potentially good players and 2 solid role players. Layman and davis are just salary cap/roster fillers for the celtics.

Celtics - say yes for a multitude of reasons, one being that they become contenders. They get not only a star center, but a starting pg in lonzo and bench fillers in burks, layman, davis, melli etc

Pelicans - say yes because they get kemba, an inconsistent but amazing on his day pg, and get rid of the multitude of other pgs for players in other positions and time for kira lewis and gilgeous-alexander.

Knicks - say yes because they get more youth for alec burks and other bench fillers. Plus 3 second rounders. Not a bad haul.

I don't think anyone says no, other than maybe the t-wolvs asking for one more pick (maybe from N.O. for 2 seconds from boston?). Otherwise, everybody gets either decent young prospects and/or picks or become a better team overall due to the trade.
