Why Bucks this?

They dont own their 2025 pick so they can't tank this year. Also trading Dame's contract wont be easy, so they make a new big 3 with Dame, BI and Bam. They also get two very good first round picks ATL's 25 and 26.

Why Pelicans do this?

They move BI for a FRP, a starting stretch big and much needed shooting.

Why Houston do this?

They want a star and they can go for Giannis, but get outbidded by SA. So they trade for Butler and Jovic to try to compete now.

Why Spurs do this?

They create the best frontcourt ever pairing Giannis and Wemby. They also manage to keep Vassell.

Why Miami does this?

Their window is closed. Here they make moves to build a very solid young core. Miami is one of the best teams developing players and can do magic with a core of Herro (24), Jaquez (23), Ware (20), Castle (20), Sochan (21), Smith (21), Thompson (21), Hawkins (20). They could also keep their 2025 pick if they end up being a lottery team.
