I realize the rest of the league would NEVER allow this to happen, but say OKC was drunk on Giannis, and the Pelicans really wanted to blow it up for some reason, and the Rockets lost their damn mind trying to win now... If the stars aligned, I think this is best Celtics team I can construct while staying under the cap.
