Suns: they move Ayton for Capela, Bey, and Mann. In their offense, Capela can do nearly everything Ayton can or at least close to it. He’s a better shot blocker and rebounder as well. Bey gives them another scoring wing for their bench. Mann can fill the backup PG role that Payne left. This is a win for the Suns in my opinion.

Thunder: people might not like this for the Thunder but realize that they have to cut five (!) players before the season. Mann, Robinson, Bertans, and Wiggins are all solid players but are realistically towards the bottom of the Thunder roster. The Thunder essentially turn their bottom depth into one nice player that fills a major void. They lack a true big that can body other centers. They don’t want Chet doing that night in and out. With Ayton at the 5, Chet can be an elite weak side shot blocker. Additionally, Ayton fits in well in terms of his screen game. Thunder consolidate and upgrade their roster for the price of a few decent draft picks. Win.

Hawks: It’s no secret the Hawks are trying to shake things up. This move saves them money (yes they are counting pennies), gives them some young depth and future assets. It feels like Capelas time has come in Atlanta and they need go their own ways. This is a decent return that will keep the Hawks competitive while giving them more shooting. This may come down to drsft compensation for them to say yes but an unprotected first and two seconds is a nice haul. Win.
