Bucks- Giannis and Dame are getting older and the injuries and age are catching up to this Bucks team. This allows them to cash in on Giannis and Dame while their value is still high and gives them great prospects and picks. JJJ gives them a frontcourt player to build around while Herro gives them a backcourt one. Ware is also a great young prospect who could grow to be paired with JJJ in the frontcourt for a dynamic pairing. They also still have Middleton and Lopez who they can also shop around for more picks and prospects. They do gain multiple role players who can also be traded or allowed to leave after their contracts run out. They get 5 first rounders as well.

Grizzlies- Memphis has been a great team when healthy and this can push them into the contention. Sure Giannis has been hurt recently in the playoffs but none of his injuries are serious and shouldn’t be reoccurring ones. This still allows them to keep the backcourt of Ja and Bane while adding great scoring to their frontcourt. Giannis and Ja lobs would be lethal. This gives them two of the best players in the league and a third in Bane who is one of the best SGs in the league. Edey will learn a lot from Giannis too.

Heat- Miami is trying to salvage the last few years of Jimmy’s career and this is a swing for a title. Dame has already shown interest in heading to South Beach and now he gets his chance. A big 3 of Dame, Jimmy, and Bam would actually work well together. None of them are overly ball dominant players. This puts them as one of the top teams in the east and gives them unmatched offensive firepower.
