The Nets suck up bad money, picks, and a young player to reinforce the tank job. If LaVine can stay healthy he could have value as his contract approaches expiration. If not, they want to be bad anyways.

The pelicans flip Ingram to improve at center. Assuming Murphy resigns/extends they will have him along with Murray, Claxton, Zion, and Jones for the next 3 years.

Bulls get off LaVine's money to improve at forward. Main concern would be if cheap Jerry would be willing to pay him next offseason. If not this wouldn't make any sense.
