Listening to Locked on Pelicans and evolved a trade from the show. This trade happens if the Pelicans dont get a top 5 pick in the lottery and decide to use the pick to continue to build around Zion rather than trade him. Also, assuming in this trade that the Jazz have decided to build around a top two pick in Flagg or Harper and the Hawks have decided to hold on to Trae by adding good veteran players.

Why for the Pelicans? The Pelicans are in a position where if they draft high they are going to keep the pick but if they slide in the draft they then have to decide if the caliber of player is worth rebuilding around in a trade Zion scenario. (probably not) Pelicans than need to decide between trading Zion or the pick because why would they wait another 3-4 years for #7 to develop. This trade assumes the Pelicans go with the latter and keep Zion. Zion with both Markannen and Olynyk would be terrorizing due to the spacing Zion would have.

Why for the Hawks? The Hawks lost big in the Dejounte Murray trade but then won big in the 2024 draft. Though the 2024 draft was a weak draft, Risacher shows all the signs so far that he will be a really good player in the league. Atlanta is in a noose however with their other young star who is ready to win now and probably does not want to wait another 2-3 years to compete. The Hawks would be getting Mccollum who is a really good SG vet and would fit in seamlessly with Young in the backcourt and JJ/DD in the frontcourt. This trade also helps the Hawks replace some of those picks they lost in the Murray trade for future currency.

Why for the Jazz? If the Jazz get a top 2 pick in this draft it is safe to say they will want to start building their franchise around Flagg/Harper and decide to ultimately move on from Lauri. This trade helps them do that. They get another top pick from 2024 to pair with their top 2025 pick as well as getting the #7 pick in the 2025 draft. This gives them 3 young players with a lot of potential. They do give up two picks in the trade with Markannen but they got back two top ten picks in the deal between #7 and Risacher.
