Why Each Team Does This:
Miami Heat- They get a scorer and a all star level talent in Mitchell and they get their PJ Tucker replacement in PJ Washington. To replace Vincent they sign Schroder to the tax payer midlevel exception and for a backup forward they sign Hood to a minimum contract.
Hawks- They get rid of collins contract and get 2 first round picks and stay competitive with Oubre. They also get a much needed backup point guard in Vincent.
Hornets- They do this trade to get collins who can fill the void of Miles Bridges while giving up Washington who they do not want to pay in the offseason.
Jazz- They get the picks they wanted and a young player with potential who is on a contract for four years in Jovic. They also get a guy they like and have shown interest in Max Strus.
Thunder- They get Tyler Herro who fits with the teams timeline who has a lot potential. They also get a project player in Nick Richards.
