Why Jazz do this?

After trading away Rudy Gobert the Jazz have stacked up their draft assets and the future is in good hands but they are in need of good frontcourt to solve their major issues of rebounding and rim protection which was previously accomplished by Gobert.A rotation of Clint Capela and Steven Adams would be the ideal C for Jazz as they could use them to their maximum strengths.Jazz already have an established backcourt and young pieces like alexander walker and butler and need of Clarkson and Beverley is minimum so they could use them to upgrade the frontcourt

Why Hawks do this?

The Hawks just completed a blockbuster trade that got them Dejounte murray which costed them some picks but it would not be wrong to say that they might add up some draft compensation from a capela trade and head to a big KD trade centered around collins and alot of FRPs involved along with deandre hunter etc. This trade gives them a sixth man which they never had in atlanta and clarkson can slide into the game at any point and start nailing the offense.Rudy can be a good wing piece in a contender like Hawks
