Here is the reason for each exchange:
Spurs: They don't need another point guard, they already have Fox and Castle, you get 3 more picks for this second pick. Giannis and Wemby would be amazing but they complement each other in the game and rumors indicate that Giannis wants to try again with the Bucks.
Wizards: You get the second pick in the draft in exchange for yours and the pick from Memphis which isn't that good, but at the same time, you lose a good future pick from Phoenix but if you want Dylan Harper (who is a perfect fit) this is the price.
Rockets: Kevin Durant, that's the reason. This trade is perhaps the most likely/certain of this off-season, you send Jalen Green (a very inconsistent player), Reed Sheppard (he barely even had the chance to play this season), Aaron Holiday and Cam Whitmore who hardly ever get on the court and you also won't lose any of your own picks or your best players (Amen and Sengun).
Suns: You want to trade Durant, this team was a failure, get some of your picks back, and some young guys you can trade back to get better, more active slots. Honestly, the first thing I would do is trade Jalen Green, he doesn't work at all with D-Book.
Orlando: Getting what this team needs most, a 3-point shooter in Knecht, giving up only one pick that wasn't even theirs and Goga Bitadze, makes a lot of sense.
Lakers: Give Dalton + Shake Milton who practically didn't even play for a center who makes sense for the team + a first-round pick that becomes Hugo González, a wing who fits very well on this team is one of the most perfect trades at the moment.
