I believe these moves bring the Pistons closer to competing in the east. This roster is a play-in type team at the least IMO, but the ceiling depends on Cade, Ivey, and Duren's progression. I could see them replacing the Hawks and Bulls but after that IDK. (Around 38 wins)

I hope there are some changes in the Front Office and coaching to be clear.

I know theres a lot of opinions on the Young core of the Pistons and who they'd trade if the opportunity came around. The reason I went with Ausar is because I believe he has more trade value than Ivey and fits with the Nets better. Hypothetically the pick traded is #1 and they can pick Sarr and go from there.

The Pistons are a team where Ivey could actually develop and play alongside young players like himself that are home grown talent too. To me, he fits in perfect with the combination of players on the roster (post off-season), he's someone that puts pressure on the rim but also can shoot from the outside and take stress off of Cade as he's a combo guard. Of course he needs to get a better control on his speed but he's only entering year 3 and is getting over the humps with the current Coach. This new roster fits Monty if the FO decides to stick with him or get a new head coach.

Starting 5: Pg: Cade, Sg: Ivey, Sf: Mikal, PF: Tobias, C: Duren

Bench 5: Pg: Tyus, Sg: Grimes, Sf: Tek, Pf: Dorian, C: Hartenstein (We all know about the bench lineups the coach likes to do and I feel like this is good enough)

Reserves: Sasser, Brown, etc

I wouldn't bring back Wiseman, Fournier, Flynn. They're not traded to the knicks here but it's just to show they wont be on the team anymore.
